The project brief planner
The planner lets you type your name, town or postcode area, service choices, project description and preferred timing. Our page code uses that information within the open page to prepare an enquiry. Preparing it does not submit the fields to RyanR, send an email, create a booking or save them in a RyanR database, cookie or local storage.
Copying puts the brief on your device’s clipboard at your request. Downloading creates a text file on your device. Your browser may retain form entries or downloaded files according to its own settings. Selecting “Open WhatsApp to review & send” passes the prepared enquiry text to WhatsApp using a link. WhatsApp processes that text under its own terms even before you send it to RyanR. You choose whether to send the message there. If you send it, RyanR receives the text and the contact/profile information WhatsApp makes available. You can call instead if you prefer. WhatsApp is a Meta service; consult its privacy information in the app for its processing and any international transfers. Avoid including sensitive information or unnecessary details about other people.
Hosting & technical information
This website export is prepared for Cloudflare Pages. When hosted there, the hosting and security provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and request times to deliver and protect the site. The exported website itself does not require a ChatGPT account or collect authentication passwords.
The business must confirm the actual hosting arrangements, provider privacy information, retention and applicable international-transfer arrangements before finalising this draft notice. No specific retention period or transfer safeguard is claimed by this draft.

WhatsApp enquiries & customer records — draft arrangements

We use enquiries to discuss your requested work and prepare quotes (steps at your request before a contract), confirmed job information to perform the agreed contract, and necessary invoice/tax records to meet legal obligations. Relevant records may also be needed for the legitimate interests of handling complaints and legal claims. This does not authorise unrelated marketing.
